This year, there are two ways to shop, online or in-person! Help your child discover new books, favorite characters, complete a book series, and more, while supporting PHE too!

Monday 2/3 2:30-5:30

Tuesday 2/4 2:30- 7

Wednesday 2/5 2:30-5:30

Thursday 2/6 12:30- 3:30

Friday 2/7 2:30-4:00

Volunteers Needed!

This is a Portola Hills PTA sponsored event. We are looking for volunteers to make this event a success for the students and teachers at PHE. The hours are minimal and the tasks are simple. We will train you! It's a lot of fun too. We are also looking for student volunteers in 4th, 5th, and 6th grade to help work the event. It's a great experience for them. 2025 Book Fair Poster Contest Details

Submit posters to the PHE Office by Thursday, January 30th

All PHE students are invited to help promote our annual book fair by entering the poster contest. Their posters will be used to decorate our campus! Four artists who best reflect this year’s theme will be selected. Each winner will receive $25 to spend at the book fair!

One winner will be selected in each of the following classroom groups:

Kindergarten

Grades 1-2

Grades 3-4

Grades 5-6

Poster rules:

Poster size: Standard 28x22 inches.

Work must be done by the student.

Any form of drawing, painting, collage, etc... are welcomed.

Please write your name and teacher’s name on the BACK of the poster.

The poster must include the book fair dates & this year’s theme.

Book fair dates: February 3rd- 7th
