PHE PTA hopes to reach out to new families and provide information that will help them to navigate our school, connect with the programs and staff, and familiarize them with our school routine.  Take this opportunity to connect with other parents at Portola Hills Elementary.  We're excited that your child is a part of our school.  Our parents actively participate in working toward the academic success of every child at PHE.  Please let us know what we can do to help you find your way around our school activities.  

What is a New Parent Liaison?

The New Parent Liaison:
 - Facilitates parent-school communication;
 - Encourages parent involvement in the school;
 - Answers questions you may have about school rules and regulations;
 - Identifies volunteer openings for school events and activities.
