South Orange County Community Advisory Committee (CAC)	The CAC (Community Advisory Committee) is designed to be a dynamic, collaborative partnership of Educators, Parents and Community Members. The CAC supports effective special education programs and services in the Saddleback Valley and Laguna Beach Unified School Districts.
